Full Description
Our client, a Local Authority based in the North West of England requires a Town Planner to work within their DM team. You will be required to manage a caseload of complex minor and household planning applications but depending on your experience it can also include major applications.
You will not necessarily need a high level of experience for this role, and our client will consider those who can show good knowledge of the UK planning system and current planning legislation. But you will need recent experience of processing planning applications for a local authority.
Our client is offering £30p/hr inside IR35 depending on experience for this role. This will initially be a 3 month contract though it could be extended to the amount of work our client has and our client offers hybrid working.
