Our client is looking to recruit 2 Planning Officers within their Sustainable Communities team. Their work focuses on strategic planning (Local Development Framework / neighbourhood planning), economic development projects and implementing transport related projects.
Specifically, your role will focus on providing technical support and contributing to the preparation of the evidence base to support the delivery of such projects. You can expect to be providing assistance with research and monitoring in support of the Council's regeneration, transport and economic development strategies and attending public meetings, exhibitions and events on a range of planning issues. You will help prepare briefing documents and help compile information for bid processes.
Our client is based in SW London. They expect the contract will until at least March 2021 and they will pay £20.33/hr (umbrella) so this is an excellent long term opportunity. Contact us for more info.
