Our client in South East London requires a qualified Planner with recent experience in Development Management in a Local Authority environment.
The role is for a period of up to 6 months for secondment cover and the successful candidate will be someone who can hit the ground running and take on a large caseload of non-major applications and pre-application enquiries.
Given the size of this Borough (one of London’s largest) and it’s diversity they can offer the chance to deal with a range of interesting and challenging applications, from urban development in the north of the Borough, right through to the large areas of Green Belt that cover the south and east sides of the Borough. The role will be a mix of home and office working.
This is an excellent opportunity for a contractor to develop their experience in London. The role will pay at least £25/hr (umbrella).
