Planner - working with an innovative company in Leeds. Paying £22k - £28k per annum.

A highly-regarded town planning and development consultancy, with a well established client base - which includes multi-national companies, housebuilders, landowners and commercial development companies.
The role specifics
Day to day you will work within a friendly team, on some of the most exciting regeneration schemes in Leeds.
Your role will involve you assisting on a wide range of planning applications and pre-applications, while presenting at public meetings, Planning Committees and Design Review Panels.
Role requirements
All applicants should have an RTPI accredited undergraduate degree or master's, enabling future membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute. Applicants must also have some experience within a local authority or planning consultancy.

You'll be offered a salary ranging between £22,000 - £28,000 per annum for this role, depending on the level of experience you have.
