Key responsibilities of the role include: - Conducting research and site appraisals for various schemes - Promoting large residential, mixed use and commercial developments through the Local Development Framework - Assisting in the negotiation, preparation and submission of planning applications - Policy representations and Planning Appeals
It is essential that candidates: - Have an RTPI accredited undergraduate degree or master's - Have at least a year's worth of planning experience, either within the public-sector or private-sector - Have an ability to maintain and develop client relationships - Good ability to work in a team environment - Good project management skills in order to work on different planning cases simultaneously - Have strong communication skills, both written and oral - Ideally some knowledge of the local region, although this is isn't essential
Reward You will be offered a remuneration package ranging from £25k - £30k, depending on experience.
