Planner - working with a successful, independent planning practice in London. Paying £24k - £30k per annum

A successful, medium sized multi-disciplinary practice with a well established client base. This includes large institutional investors and residential developers.
The role specifics
Day to day you will work within a friendly team, on some of the most exciting development schemes in London - contributing to a wide range of planning applications and pre-applications. While the company focus on residential led schemes, they also advise on a wide mix of commercial and leisure projects. Therefore, maintaining an excellent understanding of policy and planning related matters will be important in this role.
Role requirements
All applicants should have an RTPI accredited degree or Masters. The company makes a conscious attempt to give all newly hired planners a great deal of trust with their work, while still providing adequate guidance. The organisation is regarded highly by many of its employees, because of the support and enjoyable working environment provided.
Remuneration
You'll be offered a salary ranging between £24,000 - £30,000 per annum for this role, depending on the level of experience you have.
