The key function of this role is to carry out the performance monitoring of the Council's agreed Housing Providers and TMO's. You will accomplish this through analysing data to understand where actions can be taken to improve performance. Part of this process will involve carrying out audit work in an effort to better inform processes and procedures and to produce detailed reports recommending actions for improvement.
You will be required to produce written reports on the performance and strategic function of housing management providers and TMOs in line with the Management Agreement and the approved Delivery Plan.
To be a success in this role you will need ot understand the contractual and financial arrangements between the Council and the TMOs and the other housing providers. You will need to understand how to ensure obligations are met and appropriate action is undertaken where this is not the case. You will need good finance skills as you will be required to monitor and submits accounts information and financial returns. You will often be required to work to tight deadlines so you will need to be able to work well under pressure.
Our client is based in South West London and the contract will run for at least 4 months. The rate will be £24/hr (umbrella).
