This company buy and sell commercial and residential assets from 2-50m on behalf of high net worth individuals. This role will involve a huge array of responsibilities involving supporting the office and assisting in the real estate activities.
Duties include:
Management of the CEO's emails and diary Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients Taking phone calls, ordering stationary supplies, arranging team meetings Managing and processing expenses Managing database and filing system Inbox management Purchased office equipment, business cards etc Arrange viewings Liaise with solicitors regarding property transactions.
