A dynamic and growing property investment and development business are looking for a PA/EA to assist the founders in taking the business to the next level. This company buy commercial assets, obtain planning permission and then convert them into residential assets which the business then manage. This role will involve a huge array of responsibilities involving supporting the office and assisting in the real estate activities.
Duties include:
Management of the Director's emails and diary Liaising with staff, suppliers, investors, consultants and tenants Taking phone calls, ordering stationary supplies, arranging team meetings Managing and processing Directors' expenses Managing databases and filing systems Inbox management Purchased office equipment, business cards Planning research and documentation completion Contractor administration and management Attend weekly site meetings and produce actions and minutes
