Our client, based in South West London are looking to appoint an Out of Hours Noise Officer. The agency member of staff will cover a line on our noise team rota and will need to work a shift pattern including evening and weekend work in the same way as that currently undertaken by other agency members of staff and permanent staff. Each shift is 7 hours or 7.5 hours depending on the shift. The shift pattern equates to approximately 36 hours per week. Evening shifts finish at 2am or 3am.
In order to be considered you must have knowledge and experience of responding to noise complaints (including building noise), bonfire complaints, other statutory nuisance complaints and complaints regarding rubbish under the relevant legislation and are able to assess statutory nuisance. Have a knowledge of responding to complaints under Statutory nuisance legislation, construction noise legislation and accumulations of rubbish legislation. You must have a full UK driving licence for a manual car and able to drive Council provided cars.
This contract is due to run for 14 weeks and rates are negotiable.
