Manage diaries Liaise with colleagues, suppliers, tenants and on site construction staff Taking phone calls, ordering stationary supplies, arranging team meetings Managing and processing expenses and invoices Managing IT and admin systems Performing front of house / brand ambassador tasks Organising events Assisting with PR and promoting the asset
