As Neighbourhood Housing Officer you will cover a range of tenancy related work including managing breaches of tenancy/leaseholder agreements (including taking formal enforcement action where appropriate), carrying out estate management and monitoring and working to prevent and reduce anti-social behaviour. Other duties will include identifying and reporting repairs directly and following up when necessary to ensure an excellent customer experience.
The role would suit someone who has worked within a social housing organisation who is looking to expand their experience. You will need excellent communication skills with the ability to manage difficult situations.
Our client is based in Berkshire and will offer the contract for at least 3-6 months. The pay rate will be £17/hr (umbrella).
