Our client, based in North West London are looking for a Neighbourhood Housing Manager to lead and inspire an efficient and motivated team of frontline housing officers to deliver an exceptional customer experience whilst maximising operational results. You will be asked to lead responsibility for a housing operational theme e.g. anti-social behaviour, specialist housing, or estate services while also working in collaboration with key partners including contractors, other council departments and key stakeholders to deliver a seamless 'one team' service to customers.
The right person will have a track record of achievement at a management level in a similarly large and complex Local Authority while also having experience in delivering a customer focused housing management service and managing frontline teams in a fast-moving, customer focused environment.
If successful you will be offered a 3 month initial contract (probable extension) for a successful and fast moving Local Authority paying £300 per day LTD.
