You will assist with the work of the Land Charges department in collating and providing information in connection with the conveyancing process, to customers such as agents, solicitors, professional bodies and members of the public. You will be required to maintain accurate records and analyse data and information for input into reports.
You may be required to provide advice and guidance to colleagues and customers. You will work with other team members to help prioritise workload.
To apply you will need a working knowledge of land charges and the role of the local authority in administering this process. Good IT skills are absolutely essential and you will need good communication skills. The role would suit a Town Planning graduate who is looking to broaden their experience and gain knowledge of land charges.
The role will be offered as a 3 month contract to start with but is fully expected to be extended. It is based in East London and the rate will be £25/hr .
