You will be working part time for our local authority client in East London. You will be processing requests for alterations to properties, organising legal documents, receipting notices, forwarding documents to legal for processing and ensuring documents are stored, issued and available. These will include: certificates of compliance, deeds of postponement, deeds of covenant. You will be creating and managing accounts using Universal Housing.
To carry out this role you will need a good working knowledge of the lease holding process and the relevant legislation that applies. You will need to be familiar with registering sub-lettings and producing arrears letters in relation to service charge recovery and major works recovery charges. You will need good customer service skills, specifically when it comes to making calls to customers.
The hours will be Wednesday afternoon and all day Thursday and Friday; 18 in total. The pay rate will be £19.62/hr (umbrella).
