A market leading property investor are looking to recruit an talented investment and asset manager. Although this business are opportunistic and will acquire assets from a range of asset classes in prime cities across the UK and Europe, the current focus is very much on converting buildings into world class cutting edge office spaces within core UK cities. In this role you will be involved in the full property lifecycle; analysing and appraising opportunities and making acquisition recommendations then, once acquired, you will be implementing and managing the asset management strategy.
To be suitable for this role you will need a decent level of competency with excel spreadsheets for investment purposes (building models from scratch is not required), as well as experience with delivering value add asset management initiatives - especially supporting the delivering of refurbishment/development projects.
