A residential developer/investor are looking for an Investment Analyst to join their central London head office. The business has investments in Europe and North America but this role will focus on their development investments for the UK market. You will play a vital role in the selection and onward management of investments.
In addition to technical analysis of investments you will be expected to have an input into enhancing the current investment analysis procedures, present to and advise the investment committee, play an active part in team management and growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive due diligence of development investments - Transaction analysis - Investment committee participation - Addressing relevant investor queries - Market research
The company are looking for a career focused individual who wants to progress into a divisional leadership role. This role would suit someone who is either currently working in a similar role or is a MRICS Valuation Surveyor who, along with red book valuations, has experience of investment/portfolio valuation work.
