Based in the Council's Community Safety Team, you will work to ensure cases are correctly investigated and assessed using established problem-solving techniques and, where necessary, securing interventions from teams across the council. You will be required to engage with the local community and victims affected and contribute towards the partnership objectives to reduce the perception of crime and ASB.
You will be required to keep accurate case records and produce case briefings in order to keep all stakeholders updated with progress. On a regular basis you will conduct site visits and environmental audits.
To fulfil the requirements of this role you will need a proven track record working in the field. A thorough knowledge of ASB legislation is required alongside excellent communication skills. You will need a full clean driving licence and you will need to be happy to work a shift pattern which may include night work.
The role is based in North West London, will last at least 12 weeks and pay £20-£22 (umbrella).
