Full Description

As an Income Management Officer you will be responsible for rent collection and arrears recovery within a geographic patch working towards achieving individual and service targets. You will provide guidance to the Income Management Assistants in order to provide an effective and efficient Income Management and recovery service. On occasion you may need to issue legal proceedings and attend court. On a regular basis you will be required to develop solutions to help service users develop affordable payment plans.

To carry out this role you will need a grasp of Universal Credit and the welfare reforms currently on place in the UK. You will need an appreciation of the issues relating to recovering income.

The role is based in Lancashire, will pay around £16/hr (umbrella) and will initially be offered for 3 months, subject to extension.
