In this role you will undertake housing options assessments and provide advice and assistance to those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness as well as those with other housing needs. You will work to assess cases on an individual basis with the requirement to determine appropriate solutions based on prioritising those with greatest need.
Our client is looking for someone to start immediately so you will need to be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of housing options and a good understanding of the districts Choice Based Lettings Scheme. It is absolutely essential that you have knowledge of support and risk assessment techniques and a confident manner when it comes to communicating complex information to those in need.
The role is based in West Yorkshire, will last at least 3 months and will pay £15.57/hr (umbrella).
