Our client is looking to recruit a Housing Manager to lead their customer service and complaints team. Based from an office in Peckham, you will manage a team of officers dealing with a wide range of queries in relation to social housing tenancies. As a manager you will be expected to put in place appropriate measures to ensure service delivery is of the highest standard and you will co-ordinate resources to effectively deal with a heavy workload.
To carry out this role you will need previous management experience and knowledge of current UK housing legislation. Good communication skills are absolutely essential and you will need to be able to work well under pressure. You will need to be process driven in your approach to work and able to work quickly to resolve complex complaints.
The role will be offered for an initial 3 month period but is fully expected to extend and the rate will be a minimum of £25/hr (umbrella).
