Our client has 3 roles to fill which are focused on providing frontline customer service for inbound queries in relation to Housing and Council tax benefit. The roles will involve carry out all associated admin and on occasion you may be required to meet people in person and provide face to face advice.
To carry out the role you will need a good working knowledge of Northgate SX3 and excellent customer service skills. You will need a good eye for detail and a high level of IT literacy. Knowledge of the UK housing benefits system is required and our client is looking for a minimum 6 months commitment to the contract on a full time basis.
The roles are based with a local authority social housing team in West London. The pay rate will be around £17-£19/hr (umbrella).
