Our client is in the process of procuring a property comprising of a 10 bed space block of flats and 3 self-contained units. They are looking for 2 officers to undertake the management and support in this building only.
You will undertake initial and continuous assessment of needs and potential risks and agree levels of support and actions. You will help create action plans for providing appropriate services. You will help customers process through the service and you will take steps to assist with their move by liaising with our client's Temporary Accommodation Team.
Other duties will include undertaking all administrative work and keeping accurate and comprehensive tenant/customer records to professional standards. You will work to encourage and enable customers to pay their accommodation charges and to ensure that accounts are managed.
The role will required you to work shifts between the hours of 8am- 9pm. The initial contract will be 3 months but they expect it may go on for some time. Pay rate is £14/hr (umbrella). Our client is based in Essex.
