Our client is looking for a Programme/Project Manager for their Building Safety Team. You will work on a range of Housing Capital Projects working to develop and maintain mechanisms to ensure that the benefits of project and programme activities are identified and measured.
You will be expected to implement, monitor, and review management processes and procedures to ensure consistency of high project management standards. A key function of the role is to manage internal and external suppliers to ensure they deliver services and products which will achieve the project and programme’s aims and benefits.
We are looking for an established Project Manager with experience leading housing schemes for Local Authorities. You will need to be process driven with the ability to ensure that projects and programmes are formally closed and, where appropriate, subsequently reviewed. You will be required to make decisions on how to improve service delivery taking on board any lessons learned. Good negotiation and communication skills are essential.
Our client is based in North London, will offer a 3-6 month contract to start with and they will pay £450-£550 per day (inside IR35).
