We have the opportunity to place a number of inspectors with a Local Authority in South Yorkshire.
As part of their selective licensing scheme they require the inspection of 600 premises, all of which are single occupancy.
You will make use of a Google based app to carry out the inspection and provide the subsequent report and HHSRS rating. The client estimates that you should be able to complete 3-5 inspections per day. You can work part time or full time to suit your own circumstances.
You must be HHSRS qualified with significant experience working within a Local Authority private sector housing team. It is essential that you have enforcement experience.
The role will pay £85 per inspection (inside IR35). This is a flat rate arrangement and will not include paid expenses.
