An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client in Buckinghamshire's Health & Safety Team as a Corporate Health and Safety Manager. You will be asked to provide professional, high level, strategic and proactive health and safety leadership, support, advice and guidance to senior management, line management, staff, councillors and schools to ensure legal compliance, continual health and safety improvement, health and safety assurance and a positive health and safety culture.
You will manage a small team of health and safety advisors with support from local service area health and safety coordinators therefore it is crucial that you have management experience. You will also need to have a Health and Safety Degree, Diploma or equivalent with CMIOSH status and Experience of health, safety and environmental management systems (eg OHSAS18001) is desirable.
If successful you will be offered an initial contract of 3 months and they are willing to pay £30-£35PH LTD.
