An opportunity has arisen for a driven Graduate Surveyor to join a highly-regarded and award-winning Development Consultancy.
The Company
Based in the West End, the team specialises in providing consultancy advice on a diverse range of projects to some of the biggest residential developers in London and the South East.
The company provide valuation advice to developers - on high profile and strategic sites. They also provide regular advice to developers purchasing development land, as well as landowners selling development land; carrying out valuations and then negotiating on their behalf. Where this leads to dispute resolution, the Partners also regularly provide Expert Witness evidence, which requires assistance from junior staff members.
Role Specifics
The key aspect of this role will be conducting viability assessments - helping to progress development schemes that have stalled. This work will include detailed appraisal analysis with Argus software, report writing and negotiations with local authorities.
The company are looking for someone to join the team that is hard-working and passionate about the real estate industry. You will receive excellent guidance where required, as well as support in completing your APC to become MRICS qualified.
Remuneration
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, talented individual to be a part of a successful, forward thinking and sociable practice. You'll be offered a basic salary ranging between £27,000 - £33,000 per annum for this role, depending on experience. This is a great opportunity for a junior professional, who is looking to progress their career.
