Our client, based in North London, requires 200 low risk food hygiene inspections to be completed by March 2019. All premises will required a food hygiene inspection and some will required food standards. You will be required to complete a full inspection and provide an outcome on site using a carbonated inspection report form. Where a FHRS of 3 and above is reported you will issue a sticker.
You will be required to complete all relevant sections of our client's inspection forms and any non-compliance or good practise must be given in clear legible handwriting with an indication of whether it is a legal requirement or not.
Where a premises is found to be a non-compliant Category C or above you will abort the inspections and refer it back to our client's in house team for enforcement action; you will still be paid for the inspection.
The size of the project means it could easily be managed by one Inspector but we are happy to split the workload if you only have limited availability The schedule is completely flexible and you will be left to manage it yourself. we expect to pay around £35 per inspection.
