Our client is a food production company that operates from 2 units in South West London. 1 is responsible for cold food prep, the other hot food. Their business is focused on Mediterranean food (pasta, pesto, sauces) with a headcount of around 12-14 staff across both facilities.
They are looking to expand operations and as part of their plan they are seeking the SALSA food accreditation. As QA / Food Safety Manager they will need you to lead and implement this process, producing all required documentation and Health and Safety protocol to be adhered to across the business.
Joining a busy and growing organisation will give you the opportunity to take ownership of this newly created role and you will be expected to offer your advice and ideas on steps to help improve operations. You will make full use of your previous experience in providing technical guidance on food production processes.

The role will require you to work 6 days per week, typically 9-5 with some flexibility as required. The salary offered is £30-£32,000.
