We will be commencing a project with a client in West Yorkshire in early July having not been able to inspect at all last year.
This is part of a long standing contract that we have and as such it flows well, is very easy to get involved and is totally flexible. We will simply look to allocate a batch of inspections based on your own availability.
We will have at least 2000 Unrated premises to inspect between July and March of next year. We expect that most will be Cat C/D premises so fairly routine.
We need food competent Environmental Health / Technical Officers with recent experience carrying out food safety intervention work on behalf of local authorities. We will need evidence of your competency and qualifications.
You will focus on delivering the inspection, there will be no admin / data entry involved and any enforcement / closure work will be carried out by Officers from the Council so the work is very straight forward and an excellent way to supplement your income or manage your own schedule if you need flexibility in your work life.
We will pay between £40 and £65 per inspection depending on the category. The work is outside IR35 for those wishing to work via a Ltd Co.
