Our client requires 22 Cat C and 106 Cat D premises inspecting before the end of March 2018. You will be required to complete a full food hygiene inspection, establish the risk rating and FHRS and carry out a data input task. The data input part of the task will be made easy as our client uses a tablet based inspection process.
To carry out this work you will need to be able to demonstrate your food competency by providing a completed competency assessment document; we can provide one for completion if needs be. We will also need an up to date CV and copies of your qualifications,
The work is based in Bedfordshire and we are happy to split into smaller batchers if you are not available to complete the full work programme. A certain amount of the work can be completed outside of normal office hours. We will pay around £36 per inspection.
