We have recently entered year 3 of a 3 year contract with a client in South Yorkshire and require additional resource to help deal with the inspection programme for the next 12 months.
We are not necessarily looking for you to commit to the full duration nor do we require you to work every week. The work programme is entirely flexible and can easily fit around any other work commitments. We are interested in hearing from anyone who has capacity to carry out as little as 20-30 inspections over the 12 month period.
The spec is very standard: visit the premises, carry out a full hygiene inspection, provide specific guidance around allergens, complete the inspection report and issue the score under the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme. We expect the bulk of the work to be fairly routine Cat C and D premises; on occasion there may be some Cat B work and Unrated premises.
We will pay £47 per inspection for C/D. The work is outside IR35 for those who want to work via Limited Company. We can also pay via an umbrella company.
We will need evidence of competency in line with the Code of Practice; this will need to include a Completed Competency Assessment.
