We have secured a 12 month contract with a client who requires completion of 140 Cat C/D food premises inspections. The programme will be issued on a quarterly basis and could easily be covered by 1 person but we are happy to split the workload if needs be and you are unable to commit to the full project.
You will carry out a full inspection, produce an inspection and on-site report, determine and issue the FHRS and complete the data input task (this can be done from home). Where required you will be asked to complete revisits and an additional rate will be paid for this.
To carry out this work you will need to be Food Competent as defined by the FSA Code of Practice. We will need evidence of your food CPD record, relevant qualifications and a proven track record in carrying out Local Authority food premises interventions.
The work is based in the East Midlands and we'd expect to pay £55 per inspection for Cat C/D.
