We have a client based in Surrey who would like us to complete 94 Cat E food premises inspections before the end of March 2020. The premises list will include some home caterers and premises that require an appointment.
The work is very straight forward and could easily be covered by one person given the timescale. The hours are flexible and you can carry out the inspections whenever it suits you. You will be required to complete a full inspection and report and establish and issue the Food Hygiene Rating Score.
We will need evidence of recent experience carrying out local authority food premises inspections and you will need to be able to also provide evidence of your food competency.
We expect to pay around £35 per inspection and the work will be outside IR35.
