OOur client has 50 Cat C/D premises that need a full inspection completing, ideally before Xmas if possible. The work programme is completely flexible and can be carried out whenever you are free. As the work volume is quite low the project does not require a dedicated commitment each week and you will have full control of your schedule.
To be able to fulfil the projects you will need to be a food competent Officer suitably qualified to inspect the category of premises detailed. You will need to provide evidence of your qualifications and CPD record alongside a completed competency assessment document (we can provide a pro-forma if needs be).
The work is based in the East Midlands and our clients location is well placed for those living in the East Midlands, South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire catchment areas. We expect to pay around £40 per inspection.
