Our client has requirement to complete 100 Broadly Compliant Cat D premises inspections between October of this year and March 2020. The specification is very straight forward: complete a full food hygiene inspection, establish and issue the FHRS and return a copy of the report form to the council. Given the category of premises they do not anticipate any major issues so delivering the inspections should be very routine.
To carry out the work you will need to be able to demonstrate your competency through providing us with an up to date CV, an appropriate amount of CPD, academic qualifications and a completed a Competency Assessment. Given the volume of work you will need to be fairly flexible to complete the programme as and when required. You will need your own transport.
The work is based in Surrey, will be outside IR35 and expected to pay around £40 per inspection.
