Interested in food inspection work and totally flexible working?
We will be delivering in excess of 1500 food premises inspections annually over the next 3 years for a client in South Yorkshire and are interested in hearing from anyone with any spare capacity to carry out some of this work either short term or on a longer term basis. The volume of work is sufficient to suit those seeking full time working hours or those simply looking for some short term work to help increase their income.
In order to be considered you will need to be food competent as defined by the FSA Code of Practice. We will need evidence of your qualifications, CPD record and a completed Competency Assessment (we can provide a template if needs be).
You will be required to carry out an inspection and complete a report using our client's standard report form. You will establish the risk rating and issue the FHRS. The vast majority of the inspections will be broadly compliant Cat C and Cat D premises; their will also be a number of new, Unrated businesses.
