We have recently tendered for a piece of work to deliver 720 Cat D and E food premises inspections for a client in the East Midlands. The spec is to deliver the inspection, complete the report and establish the FHRS and carry out the data input task afterwards.
We do not need a full time commitment to this project given the workload (roughly 70 inspections per month) and we are also happy to split the workload if you cannot take on the full quota. We will be paying £35 for Cat E and £40 for Cat D.
In order to be considered you will need to be food competent as defined by the FSA Code of Practice. We will need evidence of your qualifications, CPD record and a completed Competency Assessment (we can provide a template if needs be).
