We have a client in East Sussex who would like 270 Cat C/D food premises inspections completing. They are food hygiene only and a certain amount will be partial inspections expected to take no more than 30 minutes.
You will simply be required to complete the inspection and report and issue the FHRS. There is no data input or admin work involved. The work programme is completely flexible.
We are happy to split the workload into smaller batches and will be looking to pay £60 for a full inspection and £30 for partial.
You will need to be Food Competent as defined by the Code of Practice and you will need specific up to date knowledge (CPD) of e-coli guidance.
