Full Description
Our client requires 100 food safety inspections to be completed by the end of February 2027.
They will be Category C, D, E premises.
You will complete a full food hygiene intervention, write up a detailed report and issue Risk Ratings. You will not be required to do any post inspection admin.
We require you to demonstrate that you hold, as a minimum, a Higher Certificate in Food Control (or equivalent relevant qualification) alongside appropriate competency in line with the Food Standards Agency (FSA) Food Law Code of Practice.
It is essential you have recent experience working in a similar role delivering inspections for a Local Authority.
We will pay £60-£70 for Cat C/D and £50 for Cat E.
