Full Description
Our client is looking to appoint a Food Hygiene Inspector to deliver a number of inspections before the end of March. The numbers expected are around 60-70 Cat Ds and 30-40 unrated new businesses.
The work programme is flexible and you will be left to organise your own delivery schedule. You will visit the premises, complete a full inspection and report detailing any contraventions and you will establish the risk ratings. The data input and admin will be handled in house by the client.
Given the location of the district (Hertfordshire) it would be best if you had a car to enable easy travelling between premises.
You will need to provide a recent CV and a completed Competency Assessment Document as evidence of competency.
You can work via a Ltd company if you wish as the work is outside IR35 or we can pay you via an umbrella company.
The rates will be £55 Cat E / £64 Cat D / £70 Cat C.
