Our client in Cumbria requires Cat C and Cat D premises to be inspected, they require a full food hygiene inspection appropriate to their risk rating and completion of inspection report. There will be no data input or additional admin involved and the list will be put together to ensure that your time and efficiency is maximised.
To apply you will need to be food competent and suitably qualified with the appropriate experience needed to inspect premises at this risk rating as well as full knowledge in food safety. You will need to provide evidence of this in the form of qualifications, CPD record and references. Ideally we would want one person to take on the full workload which can be completed flexibly around any existing work commitments.
We will be looking for this work to commence early February so please contact us urgently to register your interest. The work is based in Cumbria. The client will pay £50 for a D and £52 for a C.
