We have a client based in Bedfordshire who would like completion of around 130 premises inspections between October and December. The premises will require a full food hygiene inspection, establishment of FHRS score and appropriate report completion; in cases of major contraventions you may be asked to produce a letter using standard templates. They anticipate the workload being around 100 Cat E premises and 30 Cat D.
To apply to carry out this work you will need to be food competent and able to provide evidence of this. Ideally we would like one person to take on the whole project but we will consider splitting the workload so please contact us even if you only have limited availability. Some of premises are those that can be visited outside routine office hours so those in full time roles looking for some additional income are welcome to apply.
We anticipate rates being around £35-£40 per Cat D and £30 per Cat E. Contact us for further details.
