Our client based in East London is looking to appoint a Family Hubs Project Manager to lead on the roll out of our Family Hubs in the borough.
This is an exciting opportunity to help transform services and develop an integrated and co-located service offer for our families. A Family Hub is not a prescribed range of services – it is an approach that offers families more coherent and effective services in a localised way. It may include, for example, health services (antenatal, maternity, health visitor, school nurses); early years and childcare and education, youth services, parenting support, safety and relationship support.
The role takes responsibility for directly managing projects within the delivery function, working closely with the Assistant Director of Improvement and Change (People’s Services), and the Programme Manager; as well as drawing on resources from a wide range of multi-disciplinary teams and services outlined above.
You will also work closely with the Assistant Director for Children’s Commissioning and their team to ensure the project meets identified needs. Given the scale of the project, you will also be working with other internal and external partners and must be someone who enjoys complexity and problem solving.
This assignment is set for an initial period of 3 months and the pay rate is £400/day umbrella
