Our client requires 2 Estate Officers to join their Property Services Team. Working across Newham and Havering your typical day to day tasks will include:
-Ensuring and running with all property repairs and maintenance matters - Dealing with commercial tenants issues regarding the property they occupy and solving their problems. - Carrying out site Inspections - Arranging work of repairs and dealing with contractors on site - Meter reading of utility bills and processing payments.
The initial contract will be 3-6 months and they will pay around £30/hr (umbrella). Contact us for full details.
