Our local authority client, based in Hertfordshire are looking to appoint an experienced EH Housing officer to work with the lead officer to get the Mandatory HMO licensing scheme back into shape. This will include completing the development of an online application form, reviewing current conditions and setting up the licensing processes through Uniform.
This role will require an experienced housing enforcement officer with HHSRS experience in HMOs. Our client will not consider anyone without this experience, you must have at least 2 years experience within Private Sector Housing in a local authority setting.
This role is due to start towards the end of April and will run until the end of July. Rates will be up to £40 per hour.
