Our client, based in the West Midlands are looking to appoint an suitable experienced and qualified Private Sector Housing Officer. You will be expected to check and inspect properties to assess accommodation standards and take enforcement action Inspections will be conducted in compliance with Covid-19 guidance and relevant risk assessments.
This role requires someone who has a minimum of 1 year experience within this field, within a local authority setting. You must also hold the HHSRS Certification.
The role will run for an initial 3 months and the pay will be £33 per hour, although this may be negotiable.
