Our client, based in East Sussex is looking to appoint an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer. You will be carrying out mainly selective licensing and HHSRS. No need for HMOs. You will contribute to improving the quality of the private sector housing stock within the borough, investigating reports of sub-standard housing conditions and poor management practices.
Our client requires someone who has a minimum of 2 years experience of working within this field. You must also hold the HHSRS certificate. Having knowledge of the M3 database system will put you in a strong position.
This role will start in April and will run for 6 months. Rates are negotiable.
