Our local authority in Bedford are looking to appoint an experienced EH Housing Officer. This post will back-fill routine and reactive Housing work which will include HMO inspections and licensing, reactive housing disrepair and overcrowding complaints.
Our clients requires someone who is able to hit the ground running and have recent experience within this field. Full-time preferable but part time may be considered (Min 30 hours) they can also offer compressed hours (37 hours over 4 days) and some home working to write reports can be accommodated.
This contract will run from January 2020 until the end of March and rates are negotiable.
