Our client, based in the West Midlands is looking for an experienced Officers with at least 1 years in a housing field, you will also need to be competent in application of HHSRS and enforcement, Good working knowledge of HMOs, additional licensing and Management regulations. You will be asked to undertake inspection and enforcement duties including those of a more complex nature.
The Successful candidate may be EHRB registered or not but they need someone who can do all of the above with minimal guidance.
Rates are negotiable and the hours may be flexible. This contract is due to start in April 2019.
